Description

You will act as the primary interface between business departments and technical teams to optimize Marketing Cloud operations and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, review, and analyze business data, KPIs, and financial metrics to drive process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into prototypes and work with developers to ensure solution delivery and production support.
• Manage project lifecycles, including scope definition, timeline monitoring, budget adherence, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate team meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Test and map business processes and protocols to identify areas for operational enhancement.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with technical exposure.
• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with database (DB) systems.
• Hands-on experience with the Marketing Cloud platform and marketing campaign workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and building prototypes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and strict governance.
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills for stakeholder influence.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
