Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through requirements gathering and functional walkthroughs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SCRUM ceremonies including technical grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, user story estimation, and retrospectives.
• Manage the product backlog in Jira, ensuring acceptance criteria are clearly documented and understood by the development team.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by providing technical guidance, tracking issues, maintaining test matrices, and meeting exit criteria.
• Develop requirements traceability matrices and map test cases to requirement documents.
• Assess the scope and impact of business needs on application features and functions throughout the analysis lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a business analysis role.
• Proficiency in SCRUM methodologies, including technical grooming, sprint planning, daily standups, and user story estimation.
• Experience managing product backlogs and tracking issues within Jira.
• Ability to conduct technical and functional walkthrough meetings.
• Experience managing UAT processes, including issue tracking and status reporting.
• Skill in creating requirements traceability matrices and mapping test cases.
• Ability to travel to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA.
• Any Graduate degree.
