Description

You will support cross-functional Agile teams by assisting Product Managers with strategy and execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full SDLC requirements lifecycle, including gathering, defining, and clarifying requirements.
• Document epics and user stories, ensuring technical tasks and subtasks are tracked.
• Conduct market and feature research to support product roadmaps and prioritization.
• Vet scope, requirements, use cases, test cases, and design specifications with UX, Architecture, and QA.
• Monitor epic and story completion against timelines, identifying risks and dependencies for escalation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment within a business or techno-functional role.
• 3+ years of digital experience, specifically in Mobile, AI, and Data.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using analytical tools and AB testing tools.
• Direct exposure to Product Management from ideation through execution and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams of business and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience performing feature testing before release and coordinating release management activities.
• Ability to track feature metrics and provide regular reporting on key performance indicators.
