Description

You will ensure the functionality, usability, and optimal performance of software applications for all system users.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applications to recommend necessary upgrades, patches, and fixes for defects or bugs.
• Create design documents, business process flows, and user interface mock-ups including GUIs and screen interfaces.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot application issues via help desk tickets, and debug data flows.
• Execute UAT testing, monitor performance metrics, and prepare documentation to promote code to higher environments.
• Provide two-tier application support to aid end users and identify production issues.

Required Skills

• Experience with PL/SQL development and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency using SQL Management Studio.
• Hands-on experience with RPA, PEGA, and Automation Anywhere.
• Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and TFS.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Ability to use MS Office Tools, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Selenium and WorkFusion.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• 1 year of experience in software functionality, UAT testing, and root cause analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
