Description

Analyze business needs and drive requirements documentation across projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops and process mapping.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
• Collaborate with development and QA to validate solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Identify process gaps and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in BFSI.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Experience with data visualization tools including Power BI and Tableau.
• Skills in Data Analysis, SQL, and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of banking products, regulatory compliance, or risk management.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
