Description

You will lead the business analysis phase of projects and own the requirement management process.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document software requirements through stakeholder collaboration, interviews, and meetings.
• Produce process flows, wireframes, report mockups, and requirement specifications.
• Work with project managers, operations, and IT teams to refine business needs.
• Deliver all documentation and project requirements within established timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of related business analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced documentation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in negotiation and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata, or Power BI.
• Background in multi-line claims management systems or third-party administration.
