You will bridge business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements and designing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
• Design solutions alongside technical teams to meet specific business needs.
• Prepare detailed requirement documents, flow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between business units and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools including Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jira or Trello.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
