Description

You will represent business users for warehouse management processes, defining and optimizing workflows using WMS platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead blueprint workshops with function owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Develop and document test cases, scripts, and end-to-end test plans to ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Manage the system roadmap in collaboration with IT, including prioritization, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis and oversee corrective actions.
• Create training plans and lead organizational training initiatives for new applications.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or supporting WMS systems.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Expertise in Blue Yonder WMS platforms.
• Proven ability to lead multiple project activities and manage cross-functional groups.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex concepts to business stakeholders.
• Experience managing project deliverables and building stakeholder relationships.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum experience.
• Experience in FDA regulated industries with familiarity with CFR 21 Part 11, GMP, SAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations.
