Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Create process flows, functional specifications, and BRD/FRD documentation
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business users during testing cycles
• Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Maintain and prioritize requirements throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills

• X–X years as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Experience supporting UAT and defect resolution

Preferred Skills

• Process flow diagramming using Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
• Basic SQL and database knowledge
• Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations
• Exposure to Power BI, Excel, or other reporting tools
• Knowledge of UML or BPMN
• Experience with distributed or global teams
• CBAP, CCBA, or other BA certification is a plus
