Responsibilities

• Extract and research data from database systems using SQL to support project requirements.
• Translate complex data findings into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Document research methodologies, data-related processes, and system development findings.
• Collaborate with digital technology, data engineering, and business teams to ensure project success.
• Generate detailed process documentation and reports to track system development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
• High proficiency with SQL language.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server Management Studio.
• Experience working with Business Objects.
• Strong data analysis and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to create process documentation and technical reports.
• Knowledge of ITIL Foundations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
