You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution for complex IT software projects.
Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and system designs through workshops and interviews.
Analyze existing business processes to identify and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, case creation, and execution across unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Coordinate project tasks using Waterfall and Agile methodologies while managing vendor relationships and software demonstrations.
Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular status reports, presentations, and change management support including training material development.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in software implementation and business process analysis.
Experience working on complex IT software projects within large organizations.
Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Expertise in documenting and mapping current business processes.
Proven ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed use cases.
Strong background in developing test plans, scenarios, and test data.
Practical experience executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Working knowledge of data models, SQL, and ETL processes.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office family.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant software development/implementation experience.
