You will translate business requirements into technical execution plans for complex IT software projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, technical specifications, and system designs.
• Analyze existing processes to identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, case creation, and execution.
• Coordinate project tasks using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication through status reports and change management support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation and business process analysis.
• Experience with complex IT software projects within large organizations.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in documenting and mapping current business processes.
• Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and create detailed use cases.
• Strong background in developing test plans, scenarios, and test data.
• Practical experience executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Working knowledge of data models, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Data Analysis Tools.
• Knowledge of Data Management and Infrastructure.
