Description

You will manage procurement activities and contract documentation for a hybrid role in Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOW) based on analyzed business needs and technical solutions.
• Define deliverables for SOWs and RFPs, including legal terms, conditions, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Manage procurement documentation including RFPs, RFCs, ITNs, PFCs, and CCNs.
• Build reports, dashboards, and metrics in Azure DevOps to track procurement work item status.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Contract Analyst performing procurement activities.
• Expertise in developing Statements of Work (SOW).
• Proven experience with Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Experience managing Requests for Change (RFCs), Invitations to Negotiate (ITNs), Proposals for Change (PFCs), and Contract Change Notices (CCNs).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to determine business requirements and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Michigan.
