Description

You will support the $TARS Application by managing requirements and testing lifecycles for the Office of Child Support Services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead JAD sessions, schedule meetings, and create system requirement documents for system analysts.
• Write and maintain test plans, test scripts, and implementation plans based on software requirements.
• Verify that system requirements are traceable, consistent, complete, and testable.
• Document application performance failures, defects, and status updates within tracking systems.
• Act as a liaison between application groups and external agencies to communicate test results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst focusing on requirements gathering and business process mapping.
• Proven knowledge of testing methodologies and practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint Workspace planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform requirements, design, and code walkthroughs.
• Experience measuring failure severity and documenting defects through the test life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience with Health and Human Services systems.
• Previous experience working in state government.
