Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and evaluate new technology options.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Recommend system improvements or viable alternatives to stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver documentation and presentations detailing proposed enhancements and implementation impacts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• Experience using ServiceNow for system management.
• Skill in creating diagrams using Visio and Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with project planning using MS Project.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
