Description

You will support the Permitting Transformation Program by driving the development of business requirements and technical design for Dynamics 365 and web-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business requirements and functional design documentation.
• Design UAT test materials and web-based business solutions.
• Create and deliver business process improvement and IT application training materials.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers to assist with solution documentation and project management tools.
• Lead end-user training sessions to ensure successful application adoption.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience writing detailed Business Requirements and Functional Design documentation.
• 5 years of experience working directly with senior stakeholders to determine business solutions.
• 5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience creating process flow diagrams.
• 5 years of experience in business process knowledge and analytical skills.
• Proven contributor-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• BSc in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or commensurate experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification.
• 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• 5 years of experience with User Story documentation.
• 3 years of experience serving as a Lead Business Analyst for a team of analysts and developers.
• Deep understanding of the CRM Platform and its functional modules.
