You will translate insurance product needs into technical specifications and drive requirements documentation for AI-enabled platforms. This role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams to support GenAI, LLM, and agentic AI initiatives.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for property insurance products.
• Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Translate insurance product needs into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Support AI-enabled platform initiatives, including Copilot and LLM integrations.
• Coordinate UAT and testing efforts while analyzing and improving business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years as a Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong background in Property Insurance, P&C, or Insurtech.
• Experience supporting GenAI, AI-enabled, Copilot, LLM, or agentic AI initiatives.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to effectively bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations.
