You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed objectives and requirements.
  • Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose technical and business solutions.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
  • Conduct data analysis to inform project recommendations and decision-making.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and validating solutions.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
  • Proficiency in Business Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD).
  • Expertise in Process Analysis and Workflow Analysis.
  • Strong capabilities in Data Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Business Systems Analyst functions.
  • Experience facilitating requirement-gathering workshops.
  • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
