You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed objectives and requirements.
- Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and propose technical and business solutions.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Conduct data analysis to inform project recommendations and decision-making.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test cases and validating solutions.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
- Proficiency in Business Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD).
- Expertise in Process Analysis and Workflow Analysis.
- Strong capabilities in Data Analysis.
- Familiarity with Business Systems Analyst functions.
- Experience facilitating requirement-gathering workshops.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
