You will manage risk assessment and business process modeling to support operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements through direct stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze current business processes to identify risks impacting operations, compliance, or strategy.
• Develop risk assessments, mitigation plans, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, finance, and IT teams to implement cohesive risk strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or risk management.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with business process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in any field.
