You will bridge business needs with technical delivery by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring solutions meet stakeholder objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed business objectives and technical requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify gaps and propose effective business and technical solutions.
• Document business requirements (BRD), functional specifications (FRD), and detailed process maps.
• Conduct data analysis to inform project recommendations and support decision-making.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases and validating final solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analyst roles.
• Proficiency in creating Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD).
• Expertise in Process Analysis and Workflow Analysis.
• Strong capabilities in Data Analysis.
• Experience facilitating requirement-gathering workshops.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Business Systems Analyst functions.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Business Systems Analysis.
