Define the next-generation Operations Technology platform for the FXLM business.

You will act as a critical partner, shaping strategic application architecture and defining solutions aligned with the technology roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to create flow diagrams, high-level summaries, and workflows.
• Coordinate with development leads on enhancements and defects, assisting with application troubleshooting.
• Plan, estimate, manage risks and issues, and provide project reporting and stakeholder management.
• Execute projects using JIRA, tracking technical teams and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within an Investment Global Bank in Foreign Exchange Trade Processing or Risk Management.
• Understanding of the full front-to-back workflow for a minimum of two asset classes (FX, FI, MM Derivatives).
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to transform business requirements into precise functional technical specifications.
• Strong analytical skills, including creating business analysis from scratch and troubleshooting data quality issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and manage conflicting priorities under pressure.
