Description

Act as the primary liaison between clients and offshore vendor teams to drive requirement analysis and solutioning. Own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle from discovery to delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discussions and solutioning sessions with clients in the Monrovia and Los Angeles areas.
• Conduct As-Is and To-Be studies to align business goals with functional requirements.
• Document functional and non-functional requirement specifications with clarity.
• Manage user journeys, wireframing, and backlog creation.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira and wireframing tools.
• Experience working with Java developed applications.
• Strong documentation and customer communication skills.
• Experience with user design and user journey mapping.
• Ability to work on-site at client offices on demand.
• Proven capability in vendor coordination and process organization.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certification.
