Description

Own User Acceptance Testing for the Cash Management System, ensuring defect resolution and quality delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define test data and maintain UAT documentation, including test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Execute UAT for functional requirements across payment processing, sanctions filtering (EFS NX), ACH, and check processing.
• Track defects in JIRA, analyze software issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Report test matrix status to department managers and the IT team.
• Provide training and support to the Payments & Clearing Solutions Operations group.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a corporate banking environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for data validation and reporting.
• Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and application management.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting large datasets and identifying patterns.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle and defect resolution processes.

Preferred Skills

• 5-7 years of relevant experience with a focus on IT analysis and testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
• Previous experience testing banking applications, preferably payment applications.
