Description

You will drive requirements gathering and process analysis for the Modern Desktop Program, focusing on desktop modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Analyze existing desktop infrastructure to identify modernization and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process flows, use cases, and functional specifications for program workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues while ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of desktop infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with global teams.
• Fluency in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency in French.
