Description

Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional designs and solution options. You will assess impacts on end-to-end processes and integrations while supporting project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain analysis deliverables including use cases, process diagrams, prototypes, report mockups, and detailed functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Agile, development, QA, and business units to refine requirements and clarify application functionality.
• Translate complex business needs into technical solution options and functional designs.
• Assess impacts to end-to-end processes and integrations during the design phase.
• Support root-cause analysis and operational efficiency enhancements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• High-level knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with ServiceNow for process management and integration.
• Proficiency in Databases/SQL for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
