You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement technology solutions within the insurance sector.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to design system solutions and technical architectures.
• Coordinate with development teams to implement system changes and conduct validation testing.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including risk mitigation and progress monitoring.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to existing systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst specifically within the insurance industry.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience using work management and ticketing tools such as Jira.
• Ability to define and implement strategic support processes and solutions.
• Proven ability to perform exception analysis and complex problem-solving.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, computer systems engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills suitable for all organizational levels.
