This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems and propose resulting solutions.
• Contribute to the development, configuration, and deployment of solutions.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables.
• Contribute to proposal development efforts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years total professional experience.
• 10+ years relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong capability in business process consulting.
• Experience within the Banking domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Black belt certification.
