Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation for MS Dynamics 365 Asset Management and Finance & Operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for asset management.
• Configure and support Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Finance & Operations and Asset Management.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose system enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
• Strong grasp of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, and maintenance scheduling.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience working with developers and project managers.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant.
• Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or real estate industries.
