You will define and translate system requirements for corporate systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document system specifications by collaborating with stakeholders and users.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications with minimal guidance.
• Lead requirements gathering and analysis activities to ensure research addresses relevant business areas.
• Apply business systems knowledge to validate that solutions meet functional needs.
• Drive requirements and analysis efforts across project lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate systems analysis or business analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis using databases such as Alterix, Tableau, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• 5 years of experience with data mapping.
• Ability to work directly with systems users to develop clear specifications.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or Machine Learning.

Preferred Skills

• 5 years of direct experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a banking or financial institution.
• Technology background preferred.
