Description

You will act as a liaison between technology departments and business units to translate complex needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, including goal models, functional modeling, business processes, and wireframes.
• Write high-level user requirements, Epics, User Stories, and process flows within Jira.
• Define end-to-end business testing requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead business and technical analysis sessions to align stakeholders on system requirements and strategy.
• Perform impact and opportunity assessments regarding project cost-benefit analysis.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in US Property and Casualty insurance.
• Deep understanding of policy forms and insurance documentation.
• Experience working within Agile (SCRUM) frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, MS Word, Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to define testing strategies in coordination with QA teams.
• Experience working with offshore teams across different time zones.
• Ability to conduct RFI and RFP proposal analysis and process studies.

• Any Graduate degree.
