You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive regulatory reporting and data management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical specifications, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
• Model data availability to meet predefined frequency requirements within Data Warehouse or Data Lake environments.
• Coordinate with bank departments to automate regulatory returns processes.
• Liaise with IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and solution alignment.
• Ensure final solutions efficiently solve stated business problems for end-users.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in SQL.
• 16+ years of experience executing regulatory return automation within the Banking domain.
• Experience with ADF, CIMS, EBR, BSRs, DSBs, and PnL reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to anticipate business needs.
• Ability to document and adhere to process and compliance requirements.
• Advanced presentation and technical write-up skills.
• Experience understanding data sources and database lifecycle.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management across business and IT functions.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python and Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
