You will translate business requirements into actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, and data dictionaries.
• Develop data models and process flows to align project requirements.
• Design and validate technical solutions and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
