Description

You will design and maintain business partner data models, workflows, and templates while ensuring vendor and customer lifecycle integrity. You will drive harmonization initiatives, manage data quality, and serve as the key contact for functional partners on master data processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain business partner data models, workflows, and templates.
• Drive vendor harmonization, enrichment, and deactivation across geographies.
• Coordinate testing, error handling, data conversion, and compliance actions (NC/CAPA).
• Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and prepare metrics and dashboards.
• Facilitate continuous improvement of data design and processes to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience with 4+ years in Master Data Management on large ERP platforms (e.g., MDG).
• Strong understanding of Vendor, Customer, and Material Master data domains.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA BP tables, roles, and attributes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and compliance requirements (GXP, SOX, PII).
• Familiarity with JIRA, DevOps tools, and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and global ERP implementations.
• Exposure to Power BI or similar visualization tools.
