Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements for public sector projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from government stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
• Document Business Requirement Specifications (BRS), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Use Cases.
• Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes to support re-engineering efforts.
• Develop test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and ensure compliance with IT governance standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, e-Governance, or Public Sector projects.
• Strong knowledge of Government-to-Citizen (G2C), Government-to-Business (G2B), and Government-to-Government (G2G) service models.
• Proficiency in documenting SRS and standard formats for government projects.
• Experience with IT systems used in public administration or citizen services.
• Proficiency in MS Visio, Balsamiq, Figma, or JIRA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with IT governance standards.
