Description

Support Murex application stability, availability, and post-trade workflows during SOD-EOD processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage Murex purging projects and accounting requirements.
• Support Murex version upgrades and scheduled batch jobs using Autosys and Control-M.
• Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents by analyzing system logs, databases, and application workflows.
• Maintain post-trade workflows including contracts, events, transactions, and settlement across Murex modules.
• Oversee Reporting/Datamart module operations and MxML exchange workflows.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of direct Murex experience.
• Proven experience with Murex Purging projects.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL and DB Stored Procedures.
• Strong experience with Unix and Shell scripting.
• Experience managing workflows via Autosys or Control-M.
• Deep understanding of post-trade workflows and business processes.
• Knowledge of Reporting/Datamart modules and MxML exchange.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of IRD, FX, and EQD products.
