Description

You will analyze and document business requirements and processes for public sector service delivery across State agencies.

Responsibilities

• Formulate alternative solutions through business process reengineering or information technology deployment.
• Construct data models and activity/process models to define system functions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and workshops to explore technical solutions.
• Develop and oversee execution plans from project inception through to conclusion.
• Support the installation, testing, data conversion, and ongoing maintenance of information systems.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Data Analysis and Data Modeling.
• 4-6 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design and UX Analysis.
• 4-6 years of experience in Data Mapping and Data Flow Analysis.
• 4-6 years of experience in Process Modeling and Design.
• 4-6 years of experience in Requirements Elicitation and Management.
• 4-6 years of experience in Use Case and User Story Development.
• Proven ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management.
• Experience with multi-tier computing, data warehousing, and electronic data interchange.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree.
