Description

Key Responsibilities:

·       Partner with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

·       Create and manage user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.

·       Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to define business needs and prioritize enhancements.

·       Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.

·       Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate completed functionality.

·       Support implementation and integration of US SAFR between hospitals and HRTS.

·       Document business processes, workflows, and system changes.

·       Provide production support, issue analysis, and recommendations for system improvements.

·       Monitor project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

·       Promote continuous improvement of HRTS functionality and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.

·       Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.

·       Experience with healthcare information systems, hospital workflows, or health IT integrations.

·       Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with technical and business stakeholders
