Own business requirements, documentation, and UAT for healthcare system integrations in a hybrid Nashville role.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Create user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate completed functionality.
• Support implementation of US SAFR integrations between hospitals and HRTS.
• Provide production support and recommend system improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.
• Experience facilitating meetings and managing project priorities.
• Knowledge of healthcare information systems, hospital workflows, or health IT integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with developers, testers, and project managers.
• Ability to monitor project progress and communicate risks to stakeholders.
