Description

You will act as a liaison between stakeholders to bridge business needs with technology solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and bring structure and formalization to the requirements process.
• Investigate business systems to identify options for improvement.
• Assist in integration and acceptance testing.
• Support the development of training and implementation materials.
• Participate in implementation and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Project Management skills and ability to develop project plans.
• Experience analyzing department structures, policies, and operations.
• Experience recommending solutions to achieve departmental goals.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
