Responsibilities

• Manage data migration projects and oversee user testing phases.
• Generate detailed process documentation, technical writing, and functional reports.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable business insights.
• Document workflows and business processes using Visio.
• Lead project management efforts to ensure technical requirements meet business needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT or process engineering.
• Expertise in NetSuite and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data migration projects.
• Experience using Azure cloud and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio and the Microsoft application suite.
• Strong technical writing and process documentation skills.
• Experience with data visualization and analytical reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
