Description

Own the analysis and documentation of business requirements for banking products, including Moody’s and risk platforms, while translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for banking products like Moody’s, Risk, or similar financial platforms.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making, identifying data discrepancies and resolving issues with technical teams.
• Identify gaps in existing banking workflows and propose automation or optimization solutions to improve business processes.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, facilitating discussions, conducting workshops, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Support risk and compliance teams in regulatory reporting and audits, ensuring product configurations align with risk management guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of risk management, financial reporting, and banking regulations.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, with the ability to work with large financial datasets.
• Familiarity with financial models and credit risk concepts.
• Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, and system functionalities in a clear, structured format.
• Ability to assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of system changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Moody’s or similar specialized financial platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards in US banking.
