You serve as the primary link between stakeholders and the technical team to define and manage project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Lead requirements workshops to communicate and discuss documented needs.
• Capture user requirements and user stories in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain the team backlog.
• Analyze and interpret business needs to ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a business analysis role.
• Proven proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories.
• Experience managing and prioritizing team backlogs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
