Analyze and document business requirements for payments processing systems, focusing on ISO 20022 message mapping and validation for high-value and cross-border transactions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payments processing systems.
• Support Fedwire and ACH payment flows, including clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.
• Create business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with technology teams on system enhancements, integrations, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the payments domain.
• Strong experience with ISO 20022 standards for high-value and cross-border payments.
• Proven experience working with Fedwire and ACH payment systems.
• Solid understanding of payment lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience working in banking or financial services environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
