You will drive requirements gathering and technical translation for data initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Analyze and validate data using SQL queries.
• Support data mapping, transformation, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, developers, and QA.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Basic working knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience in business analysis within pharma or healthcare domains.
