Description

You will own the support model and onboarding processes for Middle Office trading operations involving US Government securities. You bridge the gap between technical execution, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Document and strengthen the support model for Middle Office processing related to US Government Trading.
• Oversee the creation and approval of core project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and UAT plans.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding plans and timelines for new market participants, defining milestones and necessary steps.
• Assess current broker-dealer capabilities, systems, and processes to identify gaps in meeting onboarding requirements.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve project risks and issues while facilitating information gathering for regulatory onboarding.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Market Operations role.
• Direct experience working for a Securities Broker-Dealer.
• Deep understanding of Financial Markets, Regulatory Requirements, and Onboarding Processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as TRACE and FR2004 reporting.
• Experience with Broadridge Impact and Bloomberg systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence software.
• Proven track record of delivering large, multi-functional projects.
• Experience in process improvement and project management.
• Strong ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
