You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation within the insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements, creating mock-ups and process flow diagrams.
• Identify and analyze data discrepancies and quality issues using SQL for triage and investigations.
• Assess downstream implications of scope or requirement changes to prevent system impact.
• Resolve development team inquiries and provide training documentation as needed.
• Identify process optimizations and introduce automation to refine existing workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in policy servicing and claims management.
• Deep understanding of US insurance compliance, including ISO, regulatory, and statutory reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries and data investigation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data handling and analysis.
• Experience in business system analysis, data analysis, and strategic analysis.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and project management.
• Experience with product implementation, testing, and support.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills and ability to review peer deliverables with constructive feedback.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
