Description

You will serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert for application development and vendor implementation projects, owning requirements, system design, and day-to-day support.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements in collaboration with business and technical teams.
• Design systems and plan solutions for major application development initiatives.
• Support vendor system implementations from initiation through go-live and maintenance.
• Provide day-to-day support for existing applications, resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to change management processes and promote best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a hands-on software development background.
• Prior experience in the utility or energy sector.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and vendor-managed solutions.
• Experience working in hybrid environments requiring onsite collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
