Description

You will act as a Technical Business Analyst within an Agile environment to execute complex engagements in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Investigate current state data environments and identify data sources.
• Develop data mappings from legacy systems to new data models.
• Contribute to API design and write user stories for API development.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners, architects, and program management to resolve blockers.
• Facilitate requirements elaboration meetings and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or technical project environments.
• Deep domain knowledge of financial markets, including US Treasuries, MBS, Repo, FX, and securities lending.
• Proficiency in API design and integration patterns.
• Experience developing data models and performing data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Background in software development, data analytics, and technical architectures.
• Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and present to high-level audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Recognized certifications in Product Management and Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Prior consulting experience with customized technology solutions.
