Description

You will act as a functional expert within an Agile squad to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Convert complex business requirements into detailed user stories in JIRA and create workflow charts and diagrams.
• Prioritize business goals and set clear expectations regarding deliverables for the squad.
• Collaborate with upstream and downstream technology teams, including Data Warehouse, LoanIQ, and GL systems.
• Remove process obstacles and manage stakeholder dependencies to ensure shared understanding of handovers.
• Partner with QA teams to review test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience acting as a proxy for a Product Owner.
• 2+ years of practical experience using JIRA or other ALM tools.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with business and IT teams.
• SQL knowledge for data extraction.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Working knowledge of financial markets, lending-based products, Wealth Management, or treasury functions.
• Understanding of loan origination, accounting, payment and settlement processing, or cross-currency exposure.
