Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and act as the liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and system documentation to support solution design.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Support project delivery and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including implementation and validation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs) and user stories.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage cross-functional communication.
• Experience supporting UAT and validating implemented solutions.
